NEED: Memorial Cottage has served Bethany for decades by providing valuable staff housing. Its vacancy provides an opportune time to commence with some well-deserved and much needed renovations. This will be one of our main projects this summer.

GOAL: To have both upstairs and downstairs apartments completely renovated (including new sheetrock, flooring, ceilings, and windows), and to replace the exterior siding by September, 2007.

ESTIMATED COST: $15,000   (Due to the extensive nature of the project, the budget is still in process. As with any renovation, ‘surprise’ repairs may be needed. We expect that many different work teams will have a hand in accomplishing this project this summer.)
