NEED: The Hillegas Building is our older school building. Structurally, it is very solid and will serve us well for years to come, but as you can see it needs a little TLC. A good pressure washing and some paint would go a long way toward improving its appearance. The inside hallway also needs some new flooring, trim, and paint. ESTIMATED COST: $300 - $400 The cost of this project is relatively small. The only materials needed of any significant cost are paint, flooring, and trim. |
