NEED: The creek at left separates the new school building from the ball field. Using the ball field requires our children to briefly walk on the road to the ball field entrance. This risk could be easily eliminated with the addition of a bridge. The excavation for this project has already been completed (a portion of the bank on the right has been lowered). GOAL: To have a culvert laid and sidewalk poured by July 2007 ESTIMATED COST: $1,000-$1,500 The majority of the expense will be the culvert used. Other expenses include the concrete sidewalk, stairs, and handrail. |
